Taxes and duties

In case of delivery outside Ukraine, payment of all taxes and duties related to the order is the responsibility of the buyer.All orders are delivered on EXW (duty free shipping). This means that your order may be the subject of taxes and/or import duties levied by the local customs service. All prices of goods on the web site are indicated without possible additional fees. Due to the fact, that they are calculated and charged directly by the country of delivery, we cannot specify this amount in advance.

Return or exchange conditions

Returns are accepted within 14 days in accordance with consumer protection law:● If the set of lingerie does not match the photos.● The size of the lingerie is very different from the one you specified.
